Contract Management's administrative digital filing cabinet securely retains all contractual documentation by providing a central repository with a "single-entry" point with subsequent automatic processing, updating and links to associated information.

It supports scanned original agreements, project lists, requirements, certificates, telephone memos, maps, charts, notes, or other Word, Excel, PDF, jpeg, gif and recording files.

These documents, once linked to the associated contract can be immediately viewed and referenced.

Configurable contract management features include document templates, agreement paragraph templates, calendar notifications and reporting that are initially set-up during implementation and are modifiable.
