Challenge: Focus Features chose F.Logic to provide a business software solution that included an accounting system supporting their invoicing, collection management, and international film sales receipts for all receivables of materials sent to foreign distributors. At the time of the engagement, Focus Features was using an out-of-the-box solution for general accounting needs as it tracked foreign sales and servicing of its films. It was critical that their in-house accounting system seamlessly interact with their parent company, NBC Universal's enterprise software. After reviewing many options and competitive vendors, Focus Features chose F.Logic to provide a first-class business solution for their highly acclaimed, innovative business.

Solution: F.Logic successfully met all of Focus Features' challenges and goals. This included a successful transfer of their database of distributors, a statement system with supporting journal entries, and an interface to Universal's system for reports and postings.
