RICH Contract & Rights Management by F.Logic™ provides strategic financial analysis by agreement, property, division and associated parties to the contract. 

Integrated modules track obligations, advances, guarantees, A/R and associated cash receipts, as well as the receipt of royalty statements. These are automatically updated after the completion of external events or by date depending on business specifications. The application can interface with in-house systems responsible for accounts payable, royalties payable, accounts receivable and royalty receipts.

One of the principal advantages of RICH Contract & Rights Management over traditional enterprise applications is the additional functionality of the retention of financial obligations from various types of contracts in the central repository and relating those obligations to products.

For example, RICH can track the financial inter-relationships between contracts in which the sub-rights to a product are sold, and indicate the royalties that will be owed to various stake holders in a product.
