Rich Contract & Rights Management provides an automated contract management and deal memo solution that is a central repository for the management of contractual terms, conditions and rights for the life cycle of an agreement.

Authorized users can access the most recent deal memo or contract with associated supporting documentation for a view of the relationships between parties, obligations, the degree of success, new potential market opportunity and history.

The contract module provides parsing of all the important terms and conditions. These sections can be analyzed or used in other specialized applications that require the information.

The application comes with a pre-built library of paragraphs that stores information relating to rights granted, sub-rights, advances, guarantees, fees, restrictions, royalties and schedule of deliverables.

This information is directly utilized to analyze, track and fulfill the various rights and obligations specified in these contracts.  Additional back-end systems that utilize the contract information can be RICH modules or other outside applications that interface with the system.
