Rights & Royalties Management supports automatic agreement event reminders and scheduling features that eliminate the labor intensive and time-consuming task of reviewing spreadsheets, agreement hard-copies or scanned contract images for future dates and events of legal agreements.

The system provides contract management event administration for all related agreement dates, events and obligations with calendar features that include automatic rollovers and reminder notices. Contract event scheduling tools include due dates of events, automatic event processing with update capabilities assisting in timely fulfillment of contract schedules and obligations and with automatic user notification by e-mail, print or screen inquiries.

An associated tickler file inquiry enables authorized users to track obligations or commitments by contract, due dates or based on the completion of an outside event.

The contract event scheduling component links related events, updates future due dates and related actions to provide a current schedule of contract events. In addition, once an event has been completed, the status and due dates of all contractual obligations contingent on that event are automatically updated and processed.

Clients state that the contract management events and calendar modules support higher productivity, better time management and organization. According to PriceWaterhouseCoopers, an estimated 12% of a company's total annual costs may be allocated to contract management and administrative tasks.
